Michigan Avenue Chicago, Illinois 60611 The Midwest Foot & Ankle Conference is a partnership of eleven American Podiatric Medical Association state components (associations/societies). The state components of Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri and Wisconsin are the original founding members with Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, and Michigan serving as the current founding members who make up the Executive Council. Regular members are the state components of Arkansas, Kansas, Nebraska, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, and the Canadian province of Ontario.
