Modernizing Medicine Team Members Give Thanks

When Modernizing Medicine’s team members were asked what they are thankful for this holiday season, here is what they shared:

“I am thankful for each morning that I wake up. I am thankful for the blessing of my children and family. I am thankful for my M2 family. I am thankful that I can make a difference in many lives each day.” – Yadira

“I am thankful for the beautiful family I wake up to every morning, the EMAzing atmosphere I share at M2 and the friends (because co-workers would be an understatement) that I share it with at work every day. The combination of those 2 allows me to walk in cheerful spirit into a blessed home every night. A home where no matter the storms that life brings our way from time to time feels complete and gives me a sense of great passion and purpose that fills my heart with joy in happy moments and encouragement to stand strong in difficult moments!!!!!” –Ilenia

“Family/Life related: I am thankful for my amazing and healthy son, I am also thankful for my supportive family. Work related: I am thankful to be working with a company where you feel like more than an employee, you feel like family, everyone is treated with kindness and I am happy to go to work each and every day, that is SUCH A BLESSING!!!!!” – Yesenia

“Life – For having the chance to experience all that I have been experiencing, and will be experiencing in times to come. Another, Hugs – I’ve been hugged more than I can count. Yes, I have been hugged tremendously by so many and I hug back. Hugs teach us how to give and receive (warmth, concern, love, joy, sorrow, etc.). So, I am thankful for hugs!!” – Ive

“I am thankful for having the best work family and for being a part of creating EMA.” – Danielle

“I am thankful for my daughters and for the challenges life has given me. Without either of them, I would not be the woman I am today.” – Angela

“I am thankful for my wife and kids and for an excellent employer that appreciates that family comes first.” – Josh K.

“I am thankful for A LOT…

  • I am thankful for the blessings of each new day, and the tender mercies and grace which are given afresh each day.
  • I am thankful that my family is healthy.
  • I am thankful for precious, loving and dedicated friends.
  • I am thankful for the quality of people I work with who have great character, integrity, honor and show love towards one another.”

“I am thankful for the opportunity to work at such an awesome company and amongst a team that is truly like ‘family.’ I am blessed to work around intelligent and driven individuals across all departments. This is not work. It is not painful to drive to the office. We are all driving for a common goal and it is felt from the top down. That is something to be “thankful” for this year.” – Rick

“I am thankful that I can count my blessings… that I can see the beauty in people, that I can hear my kids’ laughter, that I can smell the sweet success of ModMed, that I can taste the exotic food and fine wine, that I can feel the genuine love from my family and friends, and that how I am able to give back. I am far from being wealthy; but I do consider myself one the “richest” people in the world.” – Betty

“I am thankful for my awesome Internship at Mod Med that turned into an even more awesome career at an EMAzing company with wonderful co-workers! :)” – Marissa

“I am thankful for warm ocean breezes; beautiful music; and my brilliant, fun and loving family. :)” – Karen

“I am thankful for every minute with my family. For the new nephew that will be joining us in 2014. For my husband who moved us out of the tundra and home to warm, sunny paradise. For my friends, both old and new. For a fulfilling job with incredible co-workers who are striving to change the world. For a home where I feel at peace. For my two fur babies. For the opportunity to give back.” – Tara

“I’m thankful for my wife and son, my amazing ModMed work family (including the three gorillas) and the opportunity to have such an impact through the work I do daily.” – Mihai
