My name is Dr. Mark Golden, I’m an ophthalmologist in the city of Chicago and a really happy customer of ModMed, it should be best by starting to say that I was an unhappy client of CompuLink, just a year ago. However, my experience with ModMed from start to finish was entirely different. I want to compliment the team at ModMed for their really excellent work. ModMed is the third EMR system of my career and this is the first that’s actually making my life easier. What has mostly set ModMed way of my previous experience is its people. For starters, Sharif gave me a sincere understanding of the benefits and limitations of ModMed, and I had no unrealistic expectations. Next, the team of Josh and Kate were fantastic in getting us organized. Kate went so far as to spend an evening of her own time to get some of our forms onto ModMed using an Acrobat program that we didn’t have. I doubt there’s anyone that knows more about the ModMed system that Shea. She is a fantastic teacher and has promptly answered stray questions way outside of business hours. Anissa was very attentive to our needs and took the brunt of one of the problems we had with our system. She was immediately responsive and worked to reduce my frustration. I know that she heard my complaints and did all within her ability to find a resolution. No one could have tried harder. We’ve had weekly meetings with Christina, Sara, and Heather, and they’ve been efficient and incredibly productive. One by one, they found solutions to our problems. After more than 30 years in ophthalmology, Christina’s now made the subject of medical billing something I think that I understand. Wow, that’s really quite an accomplishment. All in all, the team at ModMed should be very proud of yourselves. You’ve done a really awesome job. You’ve got a wonderful product. And I have nothing but great things to say about you.
