My name is Abby Jugovich. I am the director of clinical applications at the Steadman Clinic in Vail Colorado and I’ve been there for just about coming up on three years. We are a national Olympic provider. So we see patients from all over the country as well as all over the world. I think that’s Modernizing Medicine apart from other EHRs in the past is the staff.

I would say the organization by far really goes above and beyond when it comes to their employees. And when you can text somebody that was your implementation trainer from a year and a half ago and they respond in five minutes because they absolutely just care about what’s going on in your clinic, it really shows.

When we have a true emergency or when there is something that’s critical there’s always somebody that’s available to us and they truly are responsive. We are able to escalate and prioritize any issues that we do have. And so that’s really an amazing thing. You know, no software is going to be perfect, it’s just not possible.

You cannot have a platform that never runs into a bug. But what really makes a difference is the people that you employ. And when they really care. And that is just very plain to see how much people care. We really think that Modernizing Medicine is an innovative company and that was extremely important to us.
