How to Record on iPad Instructional Video ModMed AI Ambient Listening

Here is a full transcription of the video:

This is a demo of the recording function in EMA on the iPad. To access the recording function, there are three possible ways. The first is from the Visit Overview screen in what is commonly known as the waffle view. Navigate to the More menu, and select the Patient Visit Recording icon. The second way is from the pancake view. The third is from the virtual exam room. Located right under the Exam icon as Record Visit. For this demonstration,  we will be recording from the Visit Overview in the pancake view. To start, click on Record Visit. Before proceeding, ensure that everyone present has given consent for the visit to be recorded. Click Accept on the consent agreement. The recording module will appear on the Visit Overview screen. If it obstructs your view,  drag and move it to any part of the screen. To begin recording, press the Record button. As you can see, the recording module has turned purple, which indicates that it's actively recording your conversation.

You can pause the recording at any time by pressing the button again.

If you want to delete a recording that is paused or in progress, select the gray X.

Read the warning, selecting Yes will permanently delete the recording.

In this demo we'll select, No to continue recording.

When you're finally ready to stop the recording, click the Stop button.

From here, you can resume the recording or save.

In this case, we will save. Once you stop the recording, a banner will appear at the top of the screen indicating that the recording has been saved. The recording module will then disappear. If you want to add another recording to the visit, repeat the same process. You can record as much as you want for this particular visit. Also, note that if you switch screens, your recording will be automatically stopped and saved. If you forget to push the Stop button, the recording will automatically stop and save after 30 minutes. As a reminder, in this phase of the Ambient Listening project, we are collecting recordings to train the AI model. There is no AI output to view in EMA once the recording is complete.
