My name is Miranda Babcock. I am a part of Midwest Dermatology Institute. Since using ModMed Procure, I am able to kind of take myself out of the whole process of ordering. I do have a staff that I have delegated at each of my practice locations that is able to go ahead and make the supply list, which comes to me.
One thing that I do really find super helpful is the customizable list of supplies for each location that can be tailored to each location.
Being able to have those commonly used supplies in one area for each location has been very helpful. It also doesn't take my staff a whole lot of time. They are able to browse through the stocking area and say, okay, I'm out of gauze or, I need more surgical gloves and go back and the list is right there. It's a couple clicks for them and they're able to order a case or, boxes of what is needed. So that makes it a time savings all around. I'm only alerted that there is an order ready, when I get an email that comes directly to my email. I'm able to go right into the platform of ModMed Procure through EMA, which I'm using on a daily basis, and then I'm going to be able to approve or deny. Being on one platform has made it entirely helpful.
