The analytics experience has been amazing. In the beginning, it was a lot to look at because it's so robust. But then once I really went through one training and had somebody walk me through it, I felt better and better and better and better. There's really a report for everything I do use the ModMed analytics weekly. We've brought our billing back in-house, so I rely on the analytics to run our A/R reports, run up a lot of different financial reports and our productivity reports to gauge how we're performing, what's still out there and what I need to do and then what perhaps I need to delegate to my team.
