Working with ModMed BOOST, which is the revenue cycle management aspect, has simplified things for us. We’ve seen an increase in our collection rate. We’ve also just seen…it’s kind of like when you turn it over to the people who focus on that, they do a better job, which makes sense in medicine. You know, I only do face. I really think that it’s really important to focus on one area. It’s true for so many other areas, and I think that’s true for us. You know, we had somebody who was doing our billing and I think they were doing a pretty good job. But this person had a bunch of other jobs too, and now we can do it by turning it over. That lets them focus on it. 

And it’s kind of one of those things where I can just push it over here out of the way, and I don’t have to think about it anymore. And it just is done. And it’s simple. It’s easy.
