Miami Chamber of Commerce | Top Business of the Year

We are proud to share that Modernizing Medicine received Top Business of the Year Award presented by the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce last month. The award is part of the Top Entrepreneurial Awards program and was presented to Modernizing Medicine during the luncheon on Thursday, February 16, 2017 in Coral Gables, Fla. The day included networking, a keynote, a delicious lunch and applauding all the well-deserving nominees and award recipients. Tara Auclair, Alex Bimonte, Phil Cutajar and Frank Castro attended the event and accepted the award on behalf of the company.

After hearing the great news, Daniel Cane, chief executive officer and co-founder of Modernizing Medicine shared, “Many thanks to the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce, who has been a staunch supporter of Modernizing Medicine and our company’s impact on job creation and economic development in South Florida. Our region offers excellent conditions to start and grow a business, and by recognizing success stories like ours I hope not only that other entrepreneurs think of South Florida first for their businesses, but also that area students and graduates realize they can have a fulfilling career right here at home.”

The Top Entrepreneurial Awards program recognizes South Florida’s innovative and top performing businesses and individuals, while celebrating the region’s entrepreneurial spirit and rich cultural diversity. Judges select winners in two categories based on size large (50 employees or more) and small (49 employees or less). The other awards within this program include: Community Outreach, South Florida & Beyond, That’s So South Florida, Corporate Champion for Diversity & Inclusion and Executive of the Year. A BIG congratulations to all those who were nominated and received awards for their work in the South Florida community and beyond.
