ModMed pioneered the iPad as the EHR user interface. We removed the keyboard so you could chart without turning your back on the patient. Instead of messy, free-text typing, you can use a touch screen and an Apple Pencil to capture all the critical, granular details while looking your patient in the eye, with the confidence that all the information will be precisely mapped to the correct field.
Add images to your clinical notes
The iPad’s embedded camera lets you capture high-resolution images and save them directly to the patient’s chart — but that’s only the beginning. Use the Apple Pencil to draw freehand on patient photos, plot injectables, plan surgical incisions, or show patients what to expect. Our EHR logs your drawings to the visit, keeping your visual documentation organized and easily accessible for follow-ups.
