EMA CARES offers clients additional services for PQRS, Meaningful Use and more
Boca Raton, FL – July 28, 2014 – Modernizing Medicine, Inc., creator of the Electronic Medical Assistant® (EMA™), announces a new client services program, EMA CARES. This suite of new services is designed to provide clients with additional support for attestation, reporting and educational needs.
EMA CARES is designed to provide additional support to help clients navigate the complexities of the Physician Quality Reporting System (PQRS) and Meaningful Use (MU) Stages 1 and 2. It also offers customers an opportunity for their medical assistants to receive Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) test preparation and registration for a certification test offered by the National Healthcareer Association.
Clients that select the PQRS option may transmit PQRS data to NetHealth Limited Liability Company’s PQRSPRO™, a qualified registry for 2014 PQRS reporting.
EMA Meaningful Use safeguard services offer a dedicated MU coach to assist clients with preparation and goals training. Also available are remote MU report monitoring, monthly live practice workflow and report review, as well as live guidance through the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) attestation submission process.
Medical assistants can now obtain access through Modernizing Medicine to ATI-Allied Health’s CCMA online preparation materials and practice tests and registration for a certification test offered by the National Healthcareer Association. Enrolled medical assistants can also attend Modernizing Medicine webinars on the curriculum and learn how it relates to entering orders in EMA.
Participation in the EMA CARES program is subject to agreement to the applicable EMA CARES contract terms and conditions, which are available upon request from Modernizing Medicine. Additional fees may also apply. For more information, visit www.modmed.com/ema-cares.
