To help you get the most out of our solutions, we’ll pair your enterprise practice with a designated enterprise account manager. As your Modernizing Medicine liaison, they’ll connect you with key training resources, bring your enhancement requests to project management’s attention and work to resolve issues.

Working strategically with your enterprise practice, your account manager will meet with you to understand your organization’s unique goals, KPIs, structure and key business drivers. They’ll provide guidance on common practices, solution adoption, additional services and add-on opportunities. They can even help you develop plans for helping achieve your institutional goals using our suite.

Enterprise Project Management

When it comes to implementation, large practices require more specialized assistance. That’s why our enterprise project managers are here. Our goal is to help get your practice onboard as smoothly as possible, then continue educating and fine-tuning to help you make the most of our suite.

To oversee your adoption process, you’ll be assigned an enterprise-focused project manager to lead your implementation. Your enterprise project manager will be responsible for:

  • Creating project timelines
  • Holding regular status meetings
  • Coordinating educator involvement
