Leading by Example

Our executive team exemplifies corporate social responsibility at Modernizing Medicine. They lead by example and are involved in various organizations because it is important to them. Some of the organizations include: The United Way of Palm Beach County, PACE Center for Girls, American Diabetes Association of South Florida, South Florida Science Center and Aquarium and respective alumni groups, among others. The executive team sets the tone for corporate social investment that trickles down and runs throughout the company.

Developing the Future

Modernizing Medicine supports programs and initiatives that help develop stronger educational and entrepreneurial endeavors that lead to a brighter future. From our relationship with Palm Beach State College to hosting PACE Center for Girls, we leave our footprint in the communities in which we work and live.

Medically Focused

We focus on causes around our medical specialties—from digestive disorders to children’s skin disease and more. Our company has supported such causes through employee education and forming teams for walks and runs.

Company-Wide Initiatives

Throughout the year, our offices in Florida and California and our remote team members across the country join together to hold Thanksgiving food drives, holiday toy collections and events to support the United Way.

Employee Empowerment

Each employee is encouraged to give back to the community in their own personal way by using their annual paid day off benefit to donate their time and talents to the charity of their choice. Food banks, at-risk girls, nature centers and more have seen a positive impact from our Volunteer Time Off. Individuals are encouraged to become involved members of the community by joining local organizations to encourage development both professionally and personally that extends outside of their day-to-day responsibilities.

Modernizing Medicine Women in Innovation and Technology

Developing Healthcare Leaders

At Modernizing Medicine, we have talented and amazing women, and we are deeply committed to attracting, retaining and advancing female employees.

As part of this commitment, we help support women through the Modernizing Medicine Women in Innovation and Technology community, or MMwit. This program develops and enables women to lead and innovate as they grow in their professional careers. There are multiple possibilities for involvement and many skills development opportunities including networking, mentoring, leadership development and event planning. Most importantly, it’s also fun and rewarding!

MMwit hosts internal panel discussions, mentoring events and community outreach programs. It has launched a book club, fitness program offering yoga and salsa classes and, most recently, a Modernizing Parenthood community for parents. Through MMwit, we have established a strong community for women to reach their highest potential, which we fully encourage and support at Modernizing Medicine.

Modernizing Medicine provides fair and ethical treatment of all employees regardless of age, color, disability, gender, gender identity or expression, marital status, national origin, political affiliation, race, religion, sexual orientation or veteran status.
