Do I still have the chance to review the data that patients enter in gKiosk?
Yes. Patient-entered data is not added to the patient clipboard automatically. Staff has the option to accept all changes in each section, accept individual changes or reject all changes.
Is gKiosk easy to use for patients who are not tech savvy?
We built our gKiosk app using a user-centered design process, with the goal of making the interface friendly and intuitive so that any patient can use it.
Is there a contactless option for patients to fill out intake paperwork?
Yes. Our online patient portal, gPortal™, allows patients to update their information and fill out appointment forms before in-person or telehealth visits.
